RMConsole Forms Processing allows users to capture data within forms through scanning using Zoning Optical Character Recognition (OCR), XML Form Creation or Adobe PDF Forms.

XML and Adobe PDF Forms allow the capture of data through an easy to use interface that can be utilized within the Organization or outside the Organization via the web. The data is then indexed into RMConsole for Workflow Routing and Content Searching.

Using this Form Capture Model, Organizations can automate Electronic Information Indexing.
