RMConsole is an organization's central information hub or Electronic Records, handling any type of media in its natural form while providing full legal evidenciary value and compliance. Electronic Document content is indexed for fast retrieval on any word or groups of words in the record as well as key words such as the source of the record.

Electronic Records are processed through a full Lifecycle Management of Workflow, Indexing, Annotations, and Retention, keeping a complete audit trail through the process. RMConsole stores the information in a secure repository and it can be displayed using our viewer. This means documents can be viewed and annotated without loading them onto the local workstation.
