Comments and plan mark-ups are viewed by the customer through Evolve’s secure Customer Web Portal. Customers can also submit plans for review, check their project status and pay plan review fees through the portal. Evolve automates the notification process to the customer by auto generating a comment letter which is then emailed to the project contacts.
